The article discusses the process of formation deposits in pipelines engine oil system and factors affecting conditions for their formation. technological oxidation criteria indicator parameters characterizing thermolysis used are shown. An extractive method is proposed that ensures removal from pipeline using special flushing fluids based on regenerated petroleum oil. To search cheap efficient hydrocarbon raw materials, oils were chosen among renewable resources refining. fluid was prepared basis low-viscosity spent then purified viscosity adjusted with addition kerosene or diesel. Diluted surfactant solutions as additives. detergent additive (alkali metal salts). It revealed an automobile at high temperatures (200-350 0C) occurs, resulting contain asphaltenes, carbons carboids. efficiency dissolution mixture under study low concentration surfactants revealed. dependence interfacial tension various limiting amounts content constituent components found ratio oily extract, oxidized oil, selected.
